The Night of Commitment is the first official night of the new member education program. During this event, the VP of Membership and New Member Educators will explain the new member education program and what to expect throughout the course of the semester.

Typically the entire chapter is present and it is a formal ceremony to welcome the new members into the organization
The Red Rose is the flower of PGN and as a symbol of membership, is given to each individual as they embark on their new member journey on this night
