Module 4: Recruitment Overview & Preparation
The recruitment process is a time for both PGN members and potential new members to learn about each other. The chapter's goal should be to learn more about the candidate, why they are interested in PGN, and overall determining if the candidate could be a good fit for the organization. The potential new member's goal should be to learn more about the organization and its membership to also determine if PGN may be a good fit for them.
