
Finding the Right Fit
When looking to add members to your organization, it is important to identify what your chapter considers to be desirable qualities and undesirables qualities for a Potential New Member. This is important because the members that you will be bringing in from recruitment will eventually be the ones to run the chapter. The longevity of your chapter should be the focus when identifying these qualities. That being said, you should also always remember to consider quality over quantity when making any decisions regarding a new member class.
