Pennsylvania State University, Class of 2023
Erin is a part of the Finance Leadership Development Program for Thermo Fisher Scientific, currently in her second year of the rotational program. She earned her Bachelor’s from the Pennsylvania State University in May 2023 with a degree in Finance and a minor in the Legal Studies of Business. While at Penn State, Erin served as the Vice President of Finance and a member of the Standards Board for their chapter. Erin is originally from Bucks County, PA and in her free time she enjoys staying active, being with friends and family, and getting to travel.

Sierra is currently a junior at Penn State University, studying Biobehavioral Health. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2027 where she will continue her education in hopes of becoming a Physician's Assistant. At Penn State, Sierra has been involved in PGN since her freshman year and has held various positions within her chapter such as General Standards, Wellness Chair, and Chapter Relations Chair. Sierra is originally from North Caldwell, NJ and is passionate about mental health, running, and traveling.

James Madison University, Class of 2024
Travis is currently an Enterprise Sales Representative at Cvent. He earned a Bachelor’s from James Madison University in May 2024 with a degree Computer Information Systems. While at JMU, he served as the Merchandise & Housing chair. Travis is originally from Phoenixville, PA and has since relocated to Arlington, VA. In his free time he likes to stay active (especially outdoors) and work on personal business ventures.

James Madison University
Abbey is an educator in Arlington, Virginia, with a passion for youth development, advocacy, and community engagement. She graduated from James Madison University in 2024 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and in 2025 with her Master’s in Education specializing in teacher leadership.
During her time at James Madison, Abbey served Phi Gamma Nu as President, VP of Communications, New Member Educator, and Social Media Coordinator. Outside of work, she enjoys freelance photography and graphic design projects, connecting with fellow alumni, and attending Washington Capitals games.

Kay is a Private Bank Analyst at PNC Bank, currently participating in the Asset Management Group Development Program. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Information Systems Management. During her time at Penn State, Kay held several leadership roles, including Internal Vice President and a member of the Standards Board.
Kay currently lives in Philadelphia, PA, but is originally from Houston, TX. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running her photography business , travelling, and watching Houston and Penn State sports.

Miami University of Ohio, Class of 2023
Max is currently a Commodity Futures Broker at EdgeClear in Chicago. He graduated in 2023 from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. While at Miami he co-founded a chapter of PGN where he served as the Inaugural VP of Finance and Head of Standards Board. He has run a marathon, is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Arnav is currently a senior at Cornell University studying industrial and labor relations with a minor in business. Last summer, he interned at Morgan Stanley and will return there full-time as a Public Finance Investment Banking Analyst.
On campus, he served as President, Philanthropy Chair, and Ombudsman for the Delta Omicron chapter at Cornell.
Arnav is originally from Edison, NJ, and enjoys watching Premier League soccer, going to the gym, and watching horror movies.

Shreya Balaji is a senior at The Ohio State University, double majoring in Accounting and Sport Industry. She serves as the External Vice President of PGN, where she has focused on building relationships with corporate sponsors, successfully securing three partnerships. Passionate about bridging business and sports, Shreya has leveraged her leadership experience to create impactful opportunities for the organization. After graduation, she will be joining Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant in the Chicago office. She now Serves as a director of Chapter Success on the PGN Nationals board.
