Max Hessling
Director of Expansion
Miami University of Ohio, Class of 2023
Max is currently a Commodity Futures Broker at EdgeClear in Chicago. He graduated in 2023 from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. While at Miami he co-founded a chapter of PGN where he served as the Inaugural VP of Finance and Head of Standards Board. He has run a marathon, is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Kyle Sivula
Director of Expansion
Ohio State University, Class of 2021
Kyle is currently an advisory associate with Rieth Jones Advisors working with higher education institutions across the country to provide custom real estate and financial solutions to his partners. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2021 with a BSBA in Accounting. At Ohio State, Kyle was involved with PGN for three years and held various positions, from Director of Corporate Relations to Director of Recruitment. Kyle is originally from Cleveland, OH but currently resides in Columbus. He spends his free time traveling, swimming, or with friends and family.

Giuseppe (Joey) Derose
Director of Chapter Success
Michigan State University, Class of 2023
Giuseppe is a senior studying both Accounting & Human Capital and Society with minors in Leadership of Organizations and Real Estate at Michigan State University. In the summer of 2024, he will be employed by Plante Moran as a Tax Intern before joining them full-time in 2025. He has previously served as President, New Member Educator, and Athletics Chair for the Omicron chapter and held the VP of Chapter President position for the National Council prior to becoming a Director. He is originally from Canton, MI and his passions include athletics, nutrition, and psychology.
Erin Mayeros

Pennsylvania State University, Class of 2023
Erin is a part of the Finance Leadership Development Program for Thermo Fisher Scientific, currently in her second year of the rotational program. She earned her Bachelor’s from the Pennsylvania State University in May 2023 with a degree in Finance and a minor in the Legal Studies of Business. While at Penn State, Erin served as the Vice President of Finance and a member of the Standards Board for their chapter. Erin is originally from Bucks County, PA and in her free time she enjoys staying active, being with friends and family, and getting to travel.

Alex McMillen
Director of Expansion
James Madison University, Class of 2024
Alex is currently earning a Master’s degree in hospitality management with a focus in real estate at Florida International University, hoping to pursue a career in the tourism and real estate industry of South Florida. He graduated from James Madison University in December of 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management with a double minor in Spanish and general business. At James Madison, Alex was very involved with PGN for his entire college experience, having joined in the fall semester of his freshman year. Alex held various positions including Social Chair, Recruitment Chair, New Member Educator, Alumni Relations Chair, and President. Alex is originally from Miami, Florida where he now resides once again, but mostly grew up in Northern Virginia. In his free time Alex enjoys traveling, watching sports, running, hiking, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Sierra Alamia
Director of Chapter Success
Pennsylvania State University, Class of 2027
Sierra is currently a junior at Penn State University, studying Biobehavioral Health. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2027 where she will continue her education in hopes of becoming a Physician's Assistant. At Penn State, Sierra has been involved in PGN since her freshman year and has held various positions within her chapter such as General Standards, Wellness Chair, and Chapter Relations Chair. Sierra is originally from North Caldwell, NJ and is passionate about mental health, running, and traveling.
