On your own, create a list of 3-5 goals/objectives for your position to accomplish within your year on the executive board. After completing the goals for your position, meet as an executive board to create a list of goals for the entire chapter. It is important to remember that there are some goals your executive board will not be able to start/complete, but should be left as a future goal for the chapter and future executive boards.

After creating your list of goals for your position and chapter, create an action plan of how you will accomplish those goals. Once this is completed you will meet with your Director to talk through them and make any adjustments.
