Executive Board & Chair Positions
The standard PGN Executive Board has six board members and between 10-15 chair positions. While the nationally recognized Executive Board member positions are not flexible, the chair positions are able to be modified based on what works best for your chapter.
The required Executive Board positions are:
President
VP External
VP Internal
VP Communications
VP Membership
VP Finance
The required Chair Positions are:
New Member Educator(s) (report to VP Membership and oversees the onboarding of new members)
DEIB Chair (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging - responsible for fostering an open and inclusive environment for all new and existing members of PGN, potential recruits, and any external third parties PGN interacts with on campus)

Standards Board
While establishing a Standards Board is optional, we highly encourage chapters to do so. The board helps maintain balance and accountability within the organization. It typically consists of 2–3 active PGN members in good standing who are not part of the executive board.
