Turning Ideas into Action: Fostering Growth Through PGN
Being the CEO and founder of two startup companies isn’t easy. It’s a role that demands constant decision-making, long hours, and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes situations. But for one student entrepreneur, Sahil Lalani, the journey has been made possible and meaningful thanks to the support and collaboration found within his PGN chapter at the University of Texas - Dallas.
The University of Michigan’s Annual Chicago Office Trek
The University of Michigan PGN Chapter recently traveled to Chicago for its annual Chicago Office Trek. Members drove from Ann Arbor to Chicago, where they participated in several office visits and attended an alumni event hosted by PGN Nationals.
Exploring Opportunities for Career Growth
At PGN, we are dedicated to supporting each of our members’ professional endeavors, both on and off campus. Through the PGN Scholars Foundation, two of our members—from the Penn State University chapter—were able to take meaningful steps toward their career goals by earning professional certifications and completing internships last summer.
PGN: Exploring Barcelona Spain
In the summer of 2024, Zeynep Yildiz, a PGN member and rising junior at Ohio State University, explored the vibrant culture of Barcelona, Spain, through the Fisher Global Internship program. This experience allowed her to immerse herself in a new culture and gain valuable perspectives on our ever-changing world.
PGN: Immersing in Danish Culture In Copenhagen, Denmark
In the Fall Semester of 2023, Will Saltzman, a member of PGN at Indiana University-Bloomington, had the opportunity to immerse himself in the rich culture of Copenhagen, Denmark. Embracing the Danish lifestyle broadened Will's perspective, allowing him to experience and appreciate a whole new culture.
The University of Iowa Takes a Professional Trip to Chicago
The Delta Chapter of PGN at the University of Iowa embarked on a professional trip to Chicago, providing members with the opportunity to explore various career paths in the business industry. During their time in Chicago, the chapter visited two major companies, Molo Solutions and Plante Moran.
PGN Ohio State University Ventures to Chicago for a Professional Trip
The Epsilon Gamma Chapter of PGN at The Ohio State University recently partook in a professional trip in Chicago. This trip allowed our members to learn more about different possible career paths in business as well as future companies they may want to work at. While in Chicago, the members of our chapter had the chance to meet and interact with members of the Michigan State Chapter of PGN as well as PGN alumni in the area.
PGN Explores Scandinavian Life in Copenhagen, Denmark
In the Fall Semester of 2023, Khloe Burkum, a member of PGN at the University of Iowa, secured an opportunity through the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), and was able to study and explore Copenhagen, Denmark.
