There are frequent scenarios that an Executive Board may have to navigate while overseeing the day to day operations of a chapter
1. Member Removal
Unfortunately, there are situations where a member may need to be removed from PGN either during the new membership process or after the member has been initiated.
Depending on the situation, these proceedings can put the chapter executive board in an uncomfortable position when removing an individual from the organization.
2. Mandatory Events
Any event that is deemed 'mandatory' by the executive board should have a direct correlation to PGN's values and development a new member throughout the education process to avoid conflict.
3. Alcohol Incidents
If alcohol is involved in any event where PGN members are present, be sure that those consuming are of age and are drinking responsibly to mitigate issues.
4. Sexual Assault
Allegations of sexual assault or harassment brought by or against a member of PGN must be investigated thoroughly.
Issues of this nature should be reported to the chapter's Standards / Risk Management board and there should be standard procedures in place for how to proceed.

University administrations consider the following items as potential 'Red Flags'
